As the Vice President of Sales – EMEA region, you will be responsible for exceeding sales goals in the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. You will recruit and lead the regional sales teams of individual contributors and be responsible for identifying, developing, and retaining sales professionals that hit or exceed their sales targets. You will be familiar with selling enterprise software solutions to Fortune 1000 companies in this region. You are self-driven, proactive leader will be a self-starter capable with a proven track record of building successful teams, getting up to speed quickly, hunting and closing new business, and managing high-level relationships across all levels and regions.
In this role, you will work closely with all functions (Sales, Marketing, and Product Management) and Channel Sales team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets in the EMEA region.
